Some teams meet to serve weekly, some bi-weekly, but you can serve as often as you'd like. There are many opportunities and we want to make sure your gifts and talents are put to the best use of your time!
Confidentiality Agreement - Greater Impact Inc. is responsible for the maintaining security and confidence in the information shared with them. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, prayer requests, financial information, and personal information. In order to best serve its members, guests and community, Greater Impact Inc. may grant access to this information to board members and/or volunteers. All persons granted access to confidential information have an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of such information. Greater Impact Inc. board members and/or volunteers shall not discuss or divulge any information except to the extent necessary for the normal conduct of business. Acknowledgment. Individual understands and acknowledges that in his/her position they will receive confidential information pertaining to clients and members of Greater Impact Inc. Individual further acknowledges that disclosure of such Confidential Information may be detrimental to Greater Impact Inc. member(s), guests, and/or Greater Impact Inc. Confidentiality. Individual agrees to: not disclose, discuss, or otherwise divulge Confidential Information with others not authorized to receive such; use reasonable means to protect and prevent the disclosure of Confidential Information, whether oral or written; and use the Confidential Information only in connection with Business during the time period. Individual is serving in the capacity of his/her Position. Individual further agrees to only access information necessary to perform the duties of his/her Position. Individual may disclose Confidential Information to Director(s) and/or any Board Members, or specific member(s) of the organization who holds the above referenced Position and only such member(s) that has/have a real need to know or as otherwise directed by Greater Impact Inc. Violation. Upon any violation of this Agreement by Individual, Greater Impact Inc. may, in its sole discretion, remove such Individual from said Position and prevent such Individual from serving in any other position with Greater Impact Inc. that involves receipt or access to Confidential Information. I have received and read a copy of the Greater Impact Inc. Confidentiality Policy and understand and accept the policy and guidelines set forth above. My signature demonstrates my agreement to hold confidential information while serving in this position.
Waiver & Release Form - In return for being allowed to participate in Greater Impact Inc. serving activities and all related activities, including any activities incidental to such participation (“Serving Activities”), the undersigned Person Serving or Parent/Legal Guardian of Person Serving if Person Serving is under the age of 18 (hereafter referred to using “I”, “me”, or “my”) releases and agrees not to sue Greater Impact Inc. or its officers, directors, employees, sub-contractors, sponsors, agents and affiliates from all present and future claims that may be made by me, my family, estate, heirs or assigns for property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death arising as a result of my participation in the Serving Activities wherever, whenever, or however the same may occur. I understand and agree that Greater Impact Inc. is not responsible for any injury or property damage arising out of the Serving Activities, even if caused by their ordinary negligence or otherwise. I understand that participation in the Serving Activities involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, serious injury and death. I am voluntarily participating in the Serving Activities with knowledge of the danger involved and I agree to accept all risks of participation. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Foundation for all claims arising out of my participation in the Serving Activities. I understand that this document is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state in which the Volunteer Activities take place and agree that if any portion of this Agreement is invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect. I also acknowledge that Greater Impact Inc. has not arranged and does not carry insurance of any kind for my benefit or that of the person serving (if the person serving is under 18), my parents, guardians, trustees, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns. I represent that, to my knowledge, I am in good health and suffer no physical impairment that would or should prevent my participation in Serving Activities. I also understand that this document is a contract which grants certain rights to and eliminates the liability of Greater Impact Inc.
Publicity Release - In return for being allowed to participate in Greater Impact Inc. serving activities and all related activities, including any activities incidental to such participation (“Serving Activities”), the undersigned Person Serving or Parent/Legal Guardian of Person Serving if Person Serving is under age 18 (hereafter referred to using “I”, “me”, or “my”) hereby grants to the Greater Impact Inc., and each of its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, advertising or promotional agencies, and partners, and all such entities’ officers, directors, agents, employees, respective successors and assigns (collectively, “Authorized Parties”), the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, broadcast and/or copyright the use of the Person Serving’s name, address, voice, photograph and/or likeness, caricature, and personal information, in its current form or as retouched, digitized, cropped, altered, distorted or modified in any way, in any and all advertising, promotional, or other materials based upon or derived from the Serving Activities in any manner, in any media whatsoever for any and all purposes, including by way of example but without limitation advertising, promoting or publicizing products and services throughout the universe, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised (including without limitation on the Internet), without additional compensation. I further agree that anything derived there from will be owned solely by the Authorized Parties. I shall not authorize the use of any print, negative or other copy thereof by anyone other than the Authorized Parties. I understand that this document is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state in which the Serving Activities take place and agree that if any portion of this Agreement is invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect.
