Linda Walker
Linda serves as the Chief Development Officer. Linda has been an integral part of our organization from its inception, bringing unwavering dedication and a profound passion for individuals in recovery. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those battling addiction, Linda strives to provide them with transformative opportunities for liberation. As the visionary behind our Recovery Program, Linda oversees the implementation and growth of various initiatives. This includes the renowned A.R.C., a 12-step recovery program, as well as The Jeremy House and The Lindsey House, esteemed residential homes providing 18-month Sober Living for men and women. Linda's mission is to expand our reach in the Gallatin Valley, establishing additional homes that will enable even more individuals to embark on their path to lasting recovery. Her unwavering commitment and tireless efforts are instrumental in helping our community thrive.

Desiree McCaan
Desiree is the dedicated Director of Ignite Learning Center. With a clear vision to ignite the love of learning through Christ-centered teaching, Desiree brings passion and purpose to her role. She is committed to walking alongside homeschool families, providing them with the necessary support, encouragement, and a sense of community. Desiree's mission is to foster a deep-rooted passion for education in both students and parents, inspiring them to embrace the homeschool journey with enthusiasm. Through her work, she strives to create an environment that sparks curiosity, fosters growth, and empowers families to thrive in their educational endeavors. With Desiree's guidance, Ignite Learning Center is a place where the love of learning is ignited, and families are equipped for success in their homeschooling journey.

Joy Downer
Joy has been a devoted volunteer who has been an integral part of Greater Impact for several years. Initially joining the Neighborhood Auto team, Joy eventually discovered her true calling within our organization. As the A.R.C. Manager, she brings an immense passion for guiding individuals through their hurts, hangups, and habits, providing them with a supportive environment for healing and growth. Joy's dedication extends beyond her role, as she endeavors to expand Recovery resources within the Helena community. If you haven't had the pleasure of meeting Joy, prepare to encounter a one-of-a-kind individual with a heart as vast as the horizon. Her unwavering commitment to service and selflessness is truly inspiring. Kyle is the Automotive Program Director at Greater Impact. With a passion for serving the community and fulfilling their automotive needs, Kyle has dedicated the past four years to this mission. As part of our Neighborhood Auto initiative, Kyle and his team offer the community an exceptional opportunity to rent shop space equipped with tools, along with expert guidance if required. Whether you need an oil change or tires rotated, Kyle is committed to providing fast and efficient service. Trust in his expertise and experience to ensure your vehicle receives top-notch care at Greater Impact.

Mikale Erhart
Mikale Erhart is a passionate advocate for the creation of a Skate Program at Greater Impact. Recognizing the immense need for a safe and inclusive skateboard community in the Gallatin Valley, Mikale has spearheaded the development of this program. By offering skate lessons, youth mentorship, skate camps, and action sports events, the program provides a platform for kids to express themselves in a secure and nurturing environment. Furthermore, the Skate Program actively seeks to establish the first indoor, year-round skate park in the Gallatin Valley, catering to the needs of skateboarders throughout the year. Mikale's profound dedication to supporting the youth in our community is truly commendable. We are immensely proud to have Mikale as an invaluable member of our team, driving positive change and making a lasting impact on the lives of young individuals.

Ashley Umbaugh
Meet Ashley, a dynamic and visionary leader who has taken the helm as the Recovery Director at Greater Impact. With a proven track record of driving impactful change and a dedication to improving lives, Ashley brings a refreshing perspective to the role of Recovery Director.

From an early age, Ashley exhibited a strong sense of empathy and a desire to make a difference. This innate drive led her to explore avenues where she could contribute meaningfully to the lives of others.

As a Behavioral Health Certified Peer Support Specialist in our local Emergency Department, Ashley honed her skills and knowledge, gaining insights that would later prove invaluable in her mission to redefine recovery approaches. Having held this key role as a Peer Support Specialist, Ashley demonstrated an ability to innovate and push boundaries in the recovery sector. Her hands-on experience and strategic mindset laid the groundwork for her current leadership position.
Recognizing the role of communities in the recovery process, Ashley has emphasized building bridges between individuals and their support networks. Her efforts to engage families, friends, and local resources reflect a holistic approach to recovery that goes beyond individual healing but to real transformation.
